Lars’s expertise is in process improvement and digital implementation. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business degree.
LeAnn Pearson Capener is a practicing applied social scientist with a B.S. in Sociology and a M.A. in Anthropology. LeAnn has experience teaching at the college level in the four field traditions of Anthropology: Cultural, Biological, Linguistics, and Archaeology.
LeAnn specializes in ethnography, culture, and sustainable livelihoods.
